program summary

JEA offers a variety of rebates to commercial customers for purchasing and installing energy-efficient equipment in eligible facilities. Some incentives are awarded on a flat rebate amount while others are calculated based on capacity, efficiency, or energy savings. All equipment must meet or exceed the stated program efficiency requirements. Measures not covered by a prescribed incentive may be eligible for the custom incentive amount.

Lighting - Flat rebate of $0.12 per W-AC

Lighting Controls/Sensors - Minimum rebate of $10

Air conditioners - Minimum rebate of $25 per ton

HVAC - Flat rebate of $50 per Unit

Commercial Refrigeration Equipment - Minimum rebate of $50 per Unit

Water Heaters - Minimum rebate of $30 per Unit

Custom/Others pending approval - Flat rebate of $0.05 per kWh
