City of Lakeland commercial energy efficiency rebate program
program summary
Lakeland Electric offers several incentives for commercial customers to save energy in eligible facilities. Rebates are available for energy saving improvements that are recommended through the energy audit, including lighting systems, HVAC and motors. Though lighting systems, HVAC systems and motors are most commonly upgraded under this program, other measures and lighting technologies will be evaluated on a case by case basis. This rebate program is specifically available to GSLD, Interruptible, and ELDC rate customers. All rebates are subject to approval and contingent upon fund availability. Contact the utility for further information and guidelines regarding this program.

- Lakeland electric offers a variety of rebates for energy conservation in 2015. They are willing to pay 50$ of the cost up to $5000 for any type of energy conservation initiative and 50% of the cost, up to $1000 for energy efficient lighting upgrades.
