Ameren Illinois - Energy-Efficiency Program
Central Illinois Light Co. commercial energy efficiency rebate program
program summary
Ameren Illinois provides a wide range of financial incentives to help businesses reduce energy use, lower costs, and create safer, more efficient environments. These incentives support upgrades in lighting, HVAC systems, water-saving devices, weatherization, specialty equipment, and smart thermostats. Programs are available for both new construction and existing buildings, with options including networked lighting controls, ground source heat pumps, compressed air improvements, and high-efficiency food service and refrigeration equipment.
In addition to rebates, Ameren Illinois offers technical assistance and optimization services such as retro-commissioning, virtual commissioning, energy monitoring, and strategic energy management. Businesses can also benefit from Instant Incentives, which provide immediate discounts on qualifying energy-efficient equipment at the point of sale through approved distributors, eliminating the need for post-purchase rebate applications.
