Jackson Electric Membership Corporation (EMC) is an electric cooperative that serves 194,000 in 10 northeast Georgia counties. For its residential customers, Jackson EMC offers a low-interest loan for energy efficient improvements. Qualification for the loan program is based on individual creditworthiness as well as the utility's own standards. This is a limited time offer and rates are subject to change.
