Updated incentive summary. The utility energy efficiency programs in NY were initially designed to meet the New York's Energy Efficiency Portfolio Standard (EEPS) goal to reduce the statewide energy use by 15% by 2015. The EEPS expired in 2015, however, on June 2015, the Public Service Commission (PSC) issued an order instructing the utilities to continue providing energy efficiency programs post EEPS.
