Columbia Rural Electric Association - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Columbia REA’s Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program provides a variety of cash incentives to help members reduce energy use and upgrade home efficiency. Rebates are available for ENERGY STAR® appliances, heat pump water heaters, and high-efficiency heating and cooling systems, including ductless and variable-speed heat pumps. Additional incentives support weatherization improvements such as window, door, and insulation upgrades, along with duct sealing services that improve home comfort and system performance. Manufactured homeowners can also earn rebates for NEEM-certified energy-efficient homes. All rebates must meet Columbia REA’s eligibility requirements and be installed within the cooperative’s service area.
