Southeastern Electric Cooperative is a member-owned electric cooperative that serves customers in the southeastern part of South Dakota. Southeastern provides an assortment of incentives to encourage customers to purchase energy efficient appliances and equipment. An invoice showing that equipment has been installed and is operating must be provided before rebates can be claimed.
