program summary

The State of Georgia provides an income tax credit for the purchase of electric vehicle supply equipment by a business enterprise.  The equipment must be located in Georgia and accessible to the public. The tax credit is worth 10% of the cost of the equipment, up to $2,500. Beginning January 1, 2025, the tax credit may be carried forward for up to three years.
