Seattle City Light - Multi-Family Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program
Washington Rebate Program
program summary
Seattle City Light provides incentives for multi-family housing properties with 5 or more units to increase their energy efficiency. Rebates are offered for common area lighting and weatherization measures including the installation of dual-pane windows and increased insulation, although insulation-only jobs are not eligible for a rebate. Projects seeking insulation and window rebates must have permanently installed electric space heat as its primary heat source.
- Lighting rebates cover up to 70% of the cost when upgrading inefficient common area lighting and fixed amount rebates for in-unit lighting
