Austin Energy offers incentives for the construction and major renovation of commercial buildings within its service territory. Rebates are offered for a variety of energy efficiency improvements, including:
- Guest room controllers
- HVAC
- New Construction Lighting
- Thermal Energy Storage
- Transformers
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
- Heat Pump Water Heaters
- Custom Technologies
Austin Energy offers new construction lighting incentives based on the percent reduction in total lighting wattage compared to the building energy code baseline. To view other commercial incentives, click here
