- Rebates for clothes washers, refrigerators, heat pump water heaters, and high efficiency water heaters are no longer available. Equipment requirements for air-source heat pumps have changed. New rebates for crawl space insulation are available.

- Added new rebates for electric vehicle chargers, mini-split heat pumps and natural gas customers. Updated incentive amounts for HVAC tune ups.
