Puget Sound Energy's (PSE) Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Programs offer a variety of incentives for customers who purchase energy efficient appliances and equipment. Rebates include furnaces, boilers, air-source heat pumps, ductless heat pumps, geothermal heat pumps, insulation, energy audits, clothes washers, light fixtures, appliance recycling, refrigerators, equipment conversions, water heaters, and heating equipment upgrades. Some rebates vary according to the capacity or efficiency of equipment. Please contact PSE’s Energy Advisors or go to pse.com/rebates to find specific equipment requirements. All efficiency requirements must be met in order to receive incentives. Building Insulation - Minimum rebate of $0.25 per square foot
Duct/Air sealing - Maximum rebate of $450
Windows - Maximum rebate of $100 per Unit
Programmable Thermostats - Flat rebate of $75
Tankless Water Heater - Flat rebate of $250

The ductless heat pump systems rebate will go to $800 on April 1, 2017, and the incentive amount has changed for LEDs. New rebates for heat pump dryer, electric to gas clothes dryer conversion, Whirlpool heat pump dryer (limited time only), whole house ventilation, prescriptive air sealing, and prescriptive duct sealing are now available for 2017. CFL (excluding free recycling) rebates are no longer available at this time.
