program summary
Clark Public Utilities offers several energy incentives for residential customers to increase the energy efficiency of their homes. Rebates are offered for heat pumps (including ductless heat pumps), heat pump water heaters, insulation, replacement windows, duct sealing, and smart thermostats.
The weatherization measures must be added to electrically heated homes by an approved contractor. The utility will inspect the installation after work is complete before a rebate is issued.eligible technologies

Level-2 Electric Vehicle Service Equipment - Minimum rebate of $100
Passenger Electric Vehicles - Flat rebate of 10% of cost
