Note: Weston County is not currently taking applications for the electric residential rebate program for the remainder of 2023.

Black Hills Energy offers rebates to residential customers who purchase and install energy efficient equipment in their homes. Incentives exist for a variety of measures, including lighting, HVAC, water heaters, advanced power strips, and refrigerator recycling. Incentives are different for residents of Laramie County, Weston County, and Wyoming Gas LLC customers.
